Job Description:
Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Budgeting & Resources: Allocate team resources, manage budgets, and approve expenditures.
Risk Management: Identify potential project bottlenecks and develop contingency plans to keep the project on track.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central hub, providing regular status updates and aligning team goals.
Quality Assurance: Monitor progress, evaluate deliverables, and ensure projects meet organizational standards.
Key Skills & Qualifications Organizational Abilities: Exceptional time management and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts simultaneously.
Communication & Diplomacy: Skilled at leading cross-functional teams without direct authority and managing stakeholder expectations.
Problem Solving: Quick, adaptable thinking to resolve unexpected issues during the project lifecycle.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Rally).
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project.
