Position: Senior Product Manager with MS Dynamics
Location: San Jose, CA / Lehi UT (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months contract
Job Description:
The Opportunity
The Product Manager will lead the partnership with internal customers to understand their processes/pain points and collect and prioritize key business requirements in support of the technology solution roadmap and vision.
The Product Manager will collaborate with business teams, other Product Managers, Program Managers, and operations specialists. Co-lead with the Program Manager the planning, testing, and execution of large technology solutions.
The role will also partner with technical and UX teams to design and develop technology solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Attention: This specific role will be working CRM technologies (SFDC & MS Dynamics) and supporting technologies that integrate with CRMs for Account Management, Partner Management and/or Customer Success. Individuals with data and analytics product management experience will be preferred.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand current and future needs to deliver technical solutions that provide customer value by improving customer experience or day-to-day productivity.
- Lead and facilitate process improvement sessions with internal customers.
- Be responsible for communicating/aligning with internal customers and technical teams on product vision and roadmap.
- Strategically align with other Product Managers on the delivery of interdependent solutions and initiatives.
- Lead planning, documentation, and delivery of run-the-business and large technology initiatives.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business testers and work with the Quality Engineer to define acceptance tests for features.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, including defects and enhancement requests.
- Support release planning and scheduling of backlog items aligned to business priorities.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of product management experience required.
- Experience launching global, large-scale technology solutions while supporting change management.
- Strong experience working in Scrum or similar Agile development methodologies.
- Self-starter who thrives in challenging environments.
- Proven ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, individual contributors, management, and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated experience communicating and advocating programs to customers and/or internal team members.
- Strong people skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent conflict resolution and facilitation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working on CRM solutions is highly desirable.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
