Position: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Location: Rosemead, CA (Onsite)

Duration: 8+ months

 

Description:

 

Must-Have**

 

Employee Central Active SAP SF certification  is REQUIRED

 

        1.      Proven experience leading multi module SuccessFactors implementations, especially EC with cross module dependencies (Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Talent, PMGM).

2.      Expertise in EC–S/4-ECP integration (Point-to-point, API based integrations, BIB mappings, replication monitoring).

3.      Strong competency in EC core to handle roll out projects.

4.      Hands-on experience defining and governing MDF-based extensibility frameworks, including Object Relationships, Propagation, Object Permissions, UI Rules & Configurations.

5.      Deep understanding of Intelligent Services & Workflow Derivation for end to end event-driven automation.

6.      Ability to lead Cutover Strategy, Data Migration (PA/OM to EC), Data Load Validation & Reconciliation using Import Tools and Templates.

7.      Strong experience coordinating Provisioning tasks, including system setup, feature enablement's, and XML-level configurations.

8.      Provide leadership for Release Management across bi annual SF upgrades including impact analysis, regression testing strategy & enablement of new features.

9.      Expertise in EC APIs, OData services, and integration patterns used in middleware platforms like CPI/BOOMI/PI.

10.     Proficient in conducting EC Health Checks, RBP Audits, data integrity checks, and performance troubleshooting.

11.     Capability to drive Solution Architecture discussions, process re-engineering, and best practice adoption across HR transformations.

 

Good-to-Have

a.      Certifications in additional SF modules such as RCM, ONB2.0, Compensation, PMGM, or LMS.

b.      Experience working with Story Reports and Workforce Analytics dashboards.

c.      Familiarity with SAP HCM on premise structures, Org Management, and Payroll for mapping legacy-to-EC conversions.

d.      Exposure to SuccessFactors Mobile configurations, theming, and role-based UI customization.

e.      Experience in SAP BTP, building extensions/UI5 apps that integrate with EC.

f.      Knowledge of Compensation, metadata-based benefits configuration, and enrollment automation.

 

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
