Position: Senior Search Engineer (SOLR / Lucidworks)
Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Job Description:
Senior in Apache SOLR and Lucidworks.
Around or more than 8 years’ experience.
Apache SOLR and Lucidworks
Primary Skills:
Search engineer to design| implement| optimize search functionalities using Apache SOLR and Lucidworks
Configure Apache SOLR instances for performance| scale accuracy
Design efficient data ingestion pipelines to feed SOLR indexes with real time and batch from various sources
Improve search result via query refinement| customer ranking algorithm
Key Responsibilities:
Query analysis/optimization, monitor performance, SOLR health/logs, maintenance, SOLR version upgrade, patch installation etc Building efficient scalable search system that enhance user experience by delivering search result quickly and accurately.
Strong background in search technologies like Elasticsearch, data processing, experience working with large data, custom search.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
