Position: Program Manager
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months contract
Pay rate: $58/hr on C2C max
Job Description:
- Own and maintain the master program plan across all active security workstreams.
- Facilitate regular sprint planning and retrospectives for the agile pod.
- Prepare and deliver program status updates to leadership.
- Track and manage external dependencies with InfoSec and vendors.
- Plan and coordinate hypercare periods following major program milestones.
- Essential Skills: PMP| PRINCE2| or equivalent project management certification.
- Familiarity with security or IT operations tooling like CrowdStrike or BeyondTrust.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
- Strong meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to build credibility quickly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong command of program planning tools and techniques| including Gantt charts and risk logs.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to senior leadership.
- Experience managing concurrent workstreams with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with both agile and traditional delivery approaches.

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
