Position: Senior Workday Integration Consultant

Location: Detroit, MI

Job Description: 

Must Have Technical Functional Skills:

• Graduate of bachelor’s degree, preferably IT related courses.
• Minimum of 5 years of Workday Integration.
• Experience3 to 5 years of Recruitment module experience.
• Proven experience with Workday Studio and backend integration development.
• Strong domain knowledge in Workday HCM, Recruitment, and Core HR processes.
• Experience with HR data models, security configurations, and business processes.
• Familiarity with RESTSOAP web services, XMLXSLT, and middleware.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Workday certifications (e.g., Studio, Integrations, Extend) are a plus.

 

Roles Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, and IT teams to gather requirements and build customized integrations aligned with business needs.
• Support and troubleshoot existing integrations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with security standards.
• Document integration designs, technical specifications, and support guides.
• Advise on best practices for Workday integration architecture and roadmap planning.
