I just saw a KSL News story this morning that the Monte Cristo Highway, SR-39 from Weber to Cache and Rich County, is open. Time to go get your high-elevation birding on!
Other seasonal roads have opened around the state a tad early as well, with a few more to go. Keep an eye on this link for the latest update:
