Request for batch export / processing support

Dear Marco, 

We are back from the mountain and I have about 15-20 new surveys to process and incorporate into my main survey.  

Would you consider a batch export function? I have no idea how easy or not it would be to code, but I am thinking that it would be useful to me to be able to select multiple surveys, and have them all exported with the same settings applied to all - for example to export multiple files to .tro with one tap. 

Similarly, it would be useful to me to have an option to export all sketches with one button press with the same settings (scale etc) rather than having to open every individual plan and every individual section and have them exported one by one. 

Finally, it would be again useful to combine the two, and have the possibility to select multiple surveys and export all sketches from them with the same settings.

It would make my life easier - if you do not consider the cost-benefit to be positive, no problem.

batch export of the data of all surveys in a folder is already implemented.

there is no batch export of all sketches in a folder.

on the github repository there is tdr.c, a C-program that parses a sketch tdr file. it should not be difficult to extend it to output the sketch in therion format, and then a shell script to translate all the sketches in a folder.

i leave this to whoever is willing to do it.

i added to the repo a utility C-program utils/tdr2th.c that converts a topodroid tdr file to a th2 therion file.

takes the filenames of the tdr files on the command line 

(suggested redirect stderr to /dev/null)

it can be used to batch convert tdr files to therion sketch files.

there may still be mistakes. if you find any, please report.

similar utilities could be written for other sketch formats (dxf, svg, ...).

with this utility therion sketches can be extracted from a topodroid zip archiver.

this is a first step to a complete extraction of survey data and sketches in therion format from the zip, thus making the therion exports in topodroid obsolete.

getting the data therion file from the sqlite file should not be diffucult. if anyone writes an extraction program (C, python, perl, or whatever) i will be really happy to add it to the repo.
