Incalculable shots

Sequence, more shot as don't calculate. I've complained before, the shot is still shown in the drawing. The new problem is the shot in the data page is greyed as expected, but if you open the shot dialog, the '#' symbol isn't highlighted as enabled.

i considered that not displaying commented shots in sketches is wrong

because comments are displayed while editing sources and topodroid

sketch window is a source editor.

therefore i removed the tests that inhibit the display of commented legs in sketches.

This change will be present from v. 6.3.36

i could not reproduce the reported behavior, 

or i did not understand what it is about.

Displaying "commented" in the plot was never useful and was in fact a distraction. However, I double checked the shot dialog and the indication of the state is retained. However, changing the brightness of the hashtag symbol is inadequate, because there's no comparison to the normal state.
