Problems with SVG export

I am seeing a new issue with SVG export. The SVG file will open in applications like Chrome, Edge or Illustrator. However, in Illustrator, if you PLACE a newer SVG file, the station names are offset from their correct location. The active mouse pointer remains in the insert mode, like you want to place another instance of the object. This is undesired behaviour and different from the past.
