on my phone and shots are no longer being transferred. I can clear the Bric memory; the Bric is listed under devices. I've tried pressing download button - it goes red and stays that way. I've tried adding a manual leg so that incoming shots have a station to attach to. No luck. Any ideas?

i do not have a bric5 only a bric4. the two models communicates with the app the same way.

unfortunately after my bric4 badly died (crashed) while connected to the PC, i could bring it to life reinstalling the firmware, however the bric firmware could not install the bluetooth firmware.

as a result it is now a brick!

not a big deal for me.

maybe there is someone can help you.

This is the contents of settings, custom, splays. I can't see a setting to export custom splay colours.

if i remember well color is always exported.

but it is imported only if it is set.

Maybe not surprisingly a database V 58 export didnt import to V 55. I've standardised on 6,3,55 V60. All fine.

indeed the version 6.3.39 introduced nee features, as you can tell from the database version change,

but was not stable, 

it probably had errors that have been corrected in later versions 

when the development version does not receive error reports for a while i will promote it to stable.

but guess from the database that it is newer. Is it stable or should I downgrade it to the current stable version to match my tablet?

v. 6.3.39 can import surveys created wit version 6.3.20

probably v. 6.3.20 can import surveys made with 6.3.39 (additional values contained in the database will not be taken into account).

you can also work with the development version.

usually the most common functions are not affected by the development of new features.

 

2) Where do I set the 'export splay colour attribute'? I can't see it in the export or the import dialog or in settings.

if i recall correctly, colors are exported, but they are imported only if the color option is set.
