Calibration upload on DistoX keeps failing...

Hi,

Posting this for a friend who's awaiting approval to join the group.

Multiple attempts to upload calibration data to two different DistoX devices are failing with "Calib.upload: failed write". This is with a very recent version of Topodroid. 

Tried:

- Leave and return to the calibration menu (upload icon stays grey)

- Turn Bluetooth off and on again on the tablet

- Made sure DistoX are charged to full battery

The upload option becomes available again (no longer greyed out) after re-calculating, but then fails again when attempting the upload.

Any tips on what else to try?

Phone type, Android version?

Data connection mode (continuous, on-demand)?

Socket?

DistoX type (1, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3)?

Not all phones can maintain a perfect connection with DistoX.

I have had this experience too.

Hmm, thanks. I have some of the same Galaxy tablets and was able to calibrate my distos (also same versions) just fine a few months ago. I'll try this weekend with the most recent version of the APK.
