can i set Topicscape up to get my sent messages, calendar so i can track the follow up in topicscape -  i thave been trying to do this in outlook but once move topics'emails  out of the general outbox finding emails is difficult because i need multiple parents to find emails that fall into various multiple categories

You can drag messages, calendar items, notes and tasks from Outlook to Topicscape. It makes a live link directly to the item in Outlook, so that any changes you make will appear on Outlook as well.  Topicscape cannot automatically pull items for you from Outlook.  You need to decide which ones are important and need bringing into Topicscape.

It is easy to have items in multiple categories without duplicating the content.  Once dragged into Topicscape in one topic, just open the Topic Center, select the item and copy it (Ctrl+C).  Then, when you wish to add it to another topic as well, open that and paste it (Ctrl+V).
