We're a small, flexible, and highly motivated group that recently
launched Gradspot.com, and we're looking for a Lead Developer/CTO to
join our team. Gradspot.com contains tips, tricks and tools for
embracing life after college. As Lead Developer/CTO, you will be
spearheading the web dev side of the operation and eventually leading
your own growing team. While we launched our site less than two months
ago, we have already generated 17,500 site visits, recorded 10,000
unique users, and deployed several web apps (including a Facebook-
integrated roommate finder). This opportunity provides the chance to
personally mold and continue to build our growing destination for soon-
to-be and recent grads. Gradspot.com is coded in Ruby on Rails, and
thus we're looking for a programmer with proficiency in RoR, HTML, and
AJAX, as well as expertise and experience with MySQL and PHP.
Compensation will be a combination of a competitive cash salary and
equity. The office is located in NYC.
