Temporary Offsite Rails Developer Needed

We are looking for a RoR developer for a startup. The project is going
to take 3-4 months. The project is a social networking site for a
specific company. This would include:

- profiles
- calendar
- booking function
- profile ratings
- adding friends
- search engine.

We are talking about 5 pages all together:

- profile of worker ( 20 fields)
- profile of boss (10 fields)
- create worker profile
- create boss profile
- search results (ajax autocomplete)
- invite friend

Some functions needed to apply:

- Calendar: sync with iCal, gCal, Outlook
- Booking functions on worker profile
- Adding worker friends
- The backend functionalities are fairly simple, so they could be
integrated to the front end (delete profile, edit profiles, create new
profiles). - fairly simple API for FB, MySpace, and a generic one to
put on websites such as blog.
- Ajaxized front end, so little refresh, unless we really are changing
pages.
