Topeka Rugby Spring 2014

1. Cipp/Dues not paid from last season: you know who you are!? Please PAY!
2. Start of spring Season
   1. Practice  Start date: January 27th, times: 8pm -9pm Monday and Wednesday  Training/Practice location: Practice attendance will be tracked
      1.  Location:   Big Springs Sports Complex 1898 E 56th Rd, Lecompton · (785) 887-6700
   2. Membership dues Cipp: Vet-$160(2^nd season), Rookie $110 (no rugby experience) 
      1. Rookies dues include: Rugby Kit (Socks, shorts, Practice Tshirt)
      2. TRFC dues should be paid NO LATER than: March 5th
      3. For WU students. Please leave WU id for WURFC possible rugby scholarship
   3. Season Opener Party-
      1. Specks Bar and Grill, Date: March 1stTime: 6pm (sell all your tickets)
      2. Party to include raffle prizes, Food and Beer with ticket purchase
   4.   Recruiting
      1. Ads, Business cards, schedule poster, V.A., YMCA, Gym, WU, fitness locations, bar, etc.
      2. Social Tour dinners every Friday prior to season opener (any interest?)
   5. Fundraisers/ sponsorships –
      1. Expocenter Concession: Pay for English Tour – Look for this to start in the off season.

1. TRFC Rugby Changes:
   1. Referee Clinic/Coaching Clinic: REF clinic FEB. 16^th in KC, Larry attending coaching clinic
   2. Equipment – Do we need anything?
   3. Coaches – possible new coach: Tyrone TePaiho-Kiwi Native, Currently coaching in Australia
   4. WU Club –membership needed, officers needed to assist, Scholarships for Students?
   5. Website – need to add an awards to the history page and include past important peoples
