I just heard, from Kathy in Kansas, that Sharon Sowers passed away!?!
I visited Barb Schrock a couple of weeks ago and I'm sorry she's feeling down. Barb, you've been an encouragement to so many people so many times!
On the home front, my Mom moved in with me between Thanksgiving and Christmas. She's been working hard to organize the stuff she chose to bring but she's still got some boxes to go. She's on the list for a place at Greencroft. I hope she's here awhile because I am enjoying her company very much, although it does add to my problem with getting anything else done because it's too nice to just sit and talk to her and watch the news together.
Then my single brother from TN came up for almost a week at Christmas. He had Covid, a flu-like case, but luckily he had it a full two weeks before so he could still come up. With all the new traditions, it was not a sad time, although it's the first without my dad.
Waterford will not be meeting together any time soon, but they put out a very nice worship service every Sunday at 9:30 (
waterfordchurch.org) and I'm loving my Zoom Sunday School.
I miss you, TMC friends, (and our fun lunches) but I am not a good calling person. The phone's fine when I get a call, but I'm not good at making calls. Email is so much easier for me, so here it is.
Now, won't any of you write a little, too?
Love, Tami
