Oct 12 I took the day off and Mom and I visited Greencroft

the next week Mom met with the realtor and learned about the hot market

(Oct 23-24 garage sale at Tami's house)

Oct 26 For Sale sign went up in Mom's yard

Oct 27 morning--found out she's on a Greencroft waiting list behind at least one for the kind of unit she wants

Oct 27 afternoon--Mom came to my house during her first house showing

Oct 28 evening--I received a call from a co-worker from the admin at WV because her daughter liked a house she looked at in Middlebury and saw my picture (small world)

Oct 29 offer accepted, closing coming Dec 11, to the WV associate

Plan: Mom to move into Tami's house until Greencroft is available

Whew, what a month!! I have a feeling the next two months will be just as interesting.
