But now I want to show tree in associations view.
How do I do that?
When I try to set the :typicalHasPart as property there its not in the list..

In general, to open that view use Window > Show View > Associations.
Once open you can use the ... button to select the property. It SHOULD show any property that has at least one object-valued triple so I don't understand why yours wouldn't show up. What is the declaration of typicalHasPart - does it have rdf:type owl:ObjectProperty?
A minimal complete example would help to reproduce this quickly.

When select property it is not visible.
Also not when rightclick on prop. And then show in ass. View.
Anyway, I tested in latest Free (6.0.1). Will retest in 6.4beta.
