My org is in the process of upgrading from EDG 7.5.1 to 7.7.1. Reading through the release notes for 7.6 and 7.6, there are a couple of updates that might be relevant to my users but I can't really tell.

Values with multiple assets in a form displayed are as links: Currently, the form in the editor shows multiple assets in a property as a string concatenation. This feature will make sure that multiple assets are displayed as a list of links. (7.6)

I have no idea what this means. Can someone paraphrase?

Export "flat" nested search results: With this feature, users will be given the opportunity to "flatten" nested search results, from search panels, when exporting to tabular formats. (7.6)

I tried doing a nested search, exporting the results both with and without this "flatten" option selected, and opening up the results in Excel. But I didn't see any difference between the results. What exactly should I be seeing when the results have been "flattened"? (I tried exporting as both .xls and .csv, BTW.)

I admit this is not written well. Details in the changes-7.6.0.txt show this was "TBS-5044: ValueTableViewer now renders cells with multiple assets as hyperlinks." So it's only for dash:ValueTableViewer which you probably don't even need. From our Jira ticket:Currently the dash:ValueTableViewer renders multiple values as a string concatenation as opposed to the links (e.g comma separated).

The ticket was labeled TBS-5668: The search export now has the option to flatten nested columns and export only visible columns.

This mailing list is not monitored by everyone in the development team. If you encounter surprising results, it would be better to report them as TSM ticket in our support system. We can then route it better. Please include specific instructions on what you tried. Thanks.
