Missing Create Button

Why do I not have the option to create an instance of the class for the field statement analysis? I have compared the source code between the two properties above and cannot see anything different.

Resolved. I’m still not sure why it was that way, but as soon as I created an instance of Position Statement Analysis and went back into the field below, I was given the + button.

If this is for a Data Graph, it is possible to create instances of classes that are marked public, or if the manager has activated the setting to allow creating instances of any class. Maybe those settings have changed?
