is there a dash:viewer for a blank node containing an RDF sequence or list?

Looking to view a dump from Zotero bibliography - it has a construct like 

biblio:authors [

      a rdf:Seq ;

      rdf:_1 [

          a foaf:Person ;

          foaf:givenName "Eftychia" ;

          foaf:surname "Kalogianni" ;

        ] ;

    ] ;

are there viewers available for lists and sequences?

No, switch to Source Code panel for such cases. We do have a bnode viewer widget but that requires that the server can build a useful string rendering, but for rdf:Seq and similarly obscure constructs we don't have that.
