One of the system projects (looks like teamwork.topbraidlive.org) is either missing or corrupted or (my guess) from a different version of TBCME.

In TBCME, close all open files, right-click the teamwork.topbraidlive.org directory and select “Delete”. Check the “Delete project contents on disk” box. Do the same for any other system projects that might suffer from the same problem. Quit TBCME and restart. TBCME should re-create the projects.

If that doesn't work, start with a fresh workspace and import your old projects into it.
