Limit a Relationship by Status

Is it possible to limit the values of an object property using a constraint to only allow for instances that have a specific status? For example, I have a list of instances, some of which have been deprecated and superceded, and I no longer want users to be able to select them - I only want them to be able to use Approved status values.

In the upcoming 8.3 version this will be possible using "Dynamic SHACL"

Meanwhile you can define a sh:node constraint together with the sh:class and the auto-complete widget will filter the invalid values out, see second example at
