Search functionality in an ontology in EDG

Hello,

I have noticed when I import an ontology it is not always searchable for terms in the ontology immediately.

I know its probably dependent on the size of the ontology, but how long does it take after import for the ontology to be searchable?  Is there any way for a user to speed up this process by forcing the ontology to be searchable immediately?

You can force a rebuild from the text indices link on the server admin page - it may help:
