Recently, I am working on fault tolerance techniques of interconnection network. To evaluate my work, I need a interconnection network simulator which providing supports for different types of interconnection, at least fat-tree and 3d-torus. So I'd like to figure out if I cloud build a fat-tree topology under TOPAZ?

Probably start with TPZTorus class, to learn how to define a topology. You need to define also a Routing unit (or a monolithic router) for your topology.  Take some of the SimpleRouter class. It should be fairly straightforward.
