It is important to set primary rules that we know to follow in order to
reduce misunderstandings that are regular in any new team, especially
cyber one. As long as I am in position of leader I am willing to use my
status and explain our first procedure we can of course change
completely if you do not find this to be adequate. Yet, it is the a
starting one.

My current job is to set up discussion and formal voting, to make
conclusion by stating exlicit tasks of the voting process and to
supervise process of implementation of our decisions.

If you want to set up discussion and voting on any issue among the
group of 5, you have to follow this procedure by finding one other
supporter for the process to be started. In this way, voting becomes
formal act of group of 5 and other members have no need to distinct is
this just showing opinion process, or something else.

In order of adopting any decision for this group, every single member
has to express his opinion, or just send 0 that means he has no problem
to that. Dead line does not exist in this very moment. If any member is
against some decision, we as a group have to take his argument into
deeper analysis and recheck our opinion.

If the problem remains, group can make decision on the principle of
concensus -1. If there would be more members hardly against some
decision, current policy is that such decisions can not be adequately
enforced and we would loose group consolidation that is pretty risky
thing that can make this group obsolete.

When we make certain decision, we have to create exact tasks every
single one of us has to do. While we do not realise these tasks, we can
not vote about anything else in order to keep us serious in what
decisions we are willing to make, making them existent. In this way we
wont vote about issues we are not ready to realise, meaning we wont
finish in the regular process of unnecessary birocratisaion of the
group.

For all suggestions and issues that are focused to change the first
procedure, please use this topic or sister topic at xwiki I am going to
open in few minutes.

OK, there are some thoughts we can use when we set some better policy.
In order of avoiding any narrow part and I can be the narrowest part of
this procedure, we can make other ways that lead to group decision
withouth my leading.

For an example. If 3 members set some priority on their hand not
following this procedure, their choosen leader can lead the rest of the
process to the end.

Second idea is about dead lines that we can take for any step in order
of being prompt.

About decision making and the policy that we do not take new decisions
untill we realise tasks that bind us to our previous decision, in this
very moment I am very much for it, untill we aproach to the times when
the nature of these decisions might be narrow part of this
organisaitons.
