I'm sad to report that our membership is dwindling. To encourage
higher membership, we may start paying our active members $5.00 per
month. More details as they develop...

Harumph! Do you really expect a trifling few quid to make a
difference? Come on man let's have some Euros! Paypal us some real
money, and "Bobs your uncle", membership problem solved.

I'm glad to see you are effectively lowering your membership prices... the existing membership rates were a little high for me.. -$60 per year is a good rate...

On the membership decline...is this like what they call a "pullback"
on Wall Street?

Good news! The checks are in the mail. As part of the "stimulus
package" approved by Congress, this Forum was allocated $250,000 in
revenue (pork at its best!). I will commence payments shortly.

In lieu of the stimulus checks, can I reduce the monthly dues I pay?  While the association is well worth the $199 I pay monthly (wish I could have afforded the single pay option), it’s starting to become difficult to pay the mortgage.  But I’d rather live in a refrigerator carton than lose the valuable membership.
