Issue with TopFD v1.7.9 Processing mzML File

Dear TopPIC Team,

I am encountering an issue with TopFD version 1.7.9 when attempting to process my mzML file. The software displays the following centroided error message.

However, this mzML file was converted from a raw file using msconvert with the peak picking parameter enabled to ensure centroided mode. By the way, the same mzML file was successfully processed by FLASHDeconv.

You need to click “Add” in MSconvert to make sure that the centroiding function is applied.
