How to limit TopPIC to search only full length proteoform?

Hi, I am a beginner of TopPIC.

Following Tutorial 1, I find TopPIC gives some proteoforms that are not the full-length version of the protein sequence in FASTA file.

Since I am pretty sure the protein in my sample is in full-length version, I wonder if it is possible to limit TopPIC only search the full-length version of protein sequence?

Hi, Ziwei, 

TopPIC searches for truncated proteoforms with its default setting. We do not have a parameter to disable it.
