TopIndex v.1.5.2 not working

Dear TopPIC team,

I tried to use TopIndex v.1.5.2 but it's not working.

I used uniprot_human_reviewed_canonical_release2021_04 fasta file, but it says ERROR: too many positional options have been specified on the command line.

Any idea what may be wrong?

Hi, Michal, 

Thank you for using TopPIC. I think the problem is that TopPIC does not accept file names with spaces. You need to change the file name to 

uniprot_human_reviewed_canonical_release2021_04.fasta
