Hello,

I am having an issue where topfd stops after reading the first 30-50 scans in my mzml files. Here's an example file that is causing the issue:

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We have fixed the problem in TopFD. You can download the latest version TopPIC 1.5.4 from www.toppic.org and test it.
