I am experiencing an issue while processing my data and would appreciate your assistance.

I converted raw (profile) files into mzML format using MSConvert, applying the peak picking filter. However, when I load these mzML files into TopFD (v1.7.10) for deconvolution, the program returns the following error:

ERROR Quit status: Crashed

ERROR Quit code: -1073741515

I also tried using the tutorial files available on your website, but I encountered the same issue. Could you please help me understand what might be causing this problem or suggest possible solutions?
