EThcD fragmentation

Hey,

just a quick question: I have some EThcD data I want to analyse with TopPIC.

Is that possible? Which fragmentation type should I select?

Hi, Konrad, 

The current version of TopPIC does not support EThcD. You can use either ETD or HCD for the identification of EThcD spectra. After spectral identification, you can use the "inspect" function in the reported HTML files to check if the matches of b, y, c and z-dot ions.
