CLI emails

G'day,
For those people who have computer that are resource starved, or those
who just like the CLI there's an elegant solution called Mutt. It
requires a fair amount of hands-on to get it to work (you have to
create your own .muttrc file) but the end results are quite
astonishing. An because it runs from the Terminal it is lightning
fast.

Email clients have tended to become bloated, slow monstrosities which
(like Windows) add many more functions than the average user is likely
to use. However, if you want a light and simple GUI based email
client then check out Claws Mail.

Personally I've been a fan of pine for years, it isn't always
available in Debian repositories due to Debian policies and licences
which is a shame, it is a great email client.
