We need to have an urgent meeting regarding the future of the Hackerspace this Sunday, the 11th of January. Attendance is highly advised, as certain legal requirements have not met and the Co-Op faces legal ramifications for these lapses.

Hi Nick,

Basically we're facing multiple $300 fines due to not following the Co-Operatives Act, and the new board has decided to call an Emergency Special Resolution Meeting to discuss the future of the Co-Op.

Essentially we cannot afford to pay the fines nor were we complying with the terms of the Act.

We decided that we had to close the Co-op due to the fines. We are planing on becoming a club.
