toothbrush rugs

This is a place to talk about making toothbrush rugs (also called toothbrush handle rugs, naalbinding.) I like to call them "recycling rugs" because its practically a way to make a silk purse from a sow's ear. This is the greenest, most environmentally friendly of crafts! Its easy and fun!
