FW: Library and Aramark expenses

Below is information our marketing person obtained for the Cherry Hill Library. She visited the location and they have a large conference room seating up to 180 which is perfect for the seminar and a separate meeting room for up to 8 vendors and food. It should be about $430 for the rooms and AV. We can have their preferred vendor, Aramark, cater it if we would like to use them. Their information and costs are below.
The previously discussed locations, the Moorestown Community House was not available and the Double Tree was rather expensive. Since we are running out of options and this seems to be a nice location, we recommend we grab this one up. We have confirmed the date is available and it is handicap accessible.

I spoke to Aramark and they charge $3.75 per person for continental breakfast of coffee, tea, bagels and muffins. We can add fruit at $3.99/pp and/or cookies at $1.70/pp. I suggest the following based on 100 attendees::
Continental breakfast $3.75x100=$375
Fruit $3.99x50=$199.50
Cookies $1.70x75=127.50
Total Food=$702
Rooms and AV=$430
Total: $1132
There is no clean up fee if we use Aramark.
