I followed this tutorial, but NDK_DEBUG = 1 tag to my build command, suddenly I started getting errors in the code which didn't go away even after removing that tag, changing from Android 4.2.2 back to 2.2, changing the NDK I was using, or anything else I could think of.

EDIT 2:The problem exists on another computer running the same workspace over network, my guess was something related to the workspace, so I tried deleting .metadata folder and adding the project again.

Apparently __ANDROID__ is a specific GCC macro that it supposed to define internally whenever correct options are provided. However, since control over options is largely delegated to NDK, one should not rely on __ANDROID__ macro being ever defined. The compiler behind NDK might not be GCC for all we know (or care). When working with NDK, check for ANDROID.

I opened the workspace on another computer (Workspace is in a Dropbox folder), and the problem was still there on the other computer, which could only mean a workspace issue, so I delete the .metadata folder from the workspace.

As Aleksander, one of our Mobile applications engineers said in your previous ticket, this is a task we have in our backlog to add/select macros, but we don't have any dates for when this can be expected. So the option at the moment is to start the macro manually, or try to write your own simple Android app that does what you need. You can use the nRF Connect for Android GitHub for reference, but the source code is not available I'm afraid.

My question in this ticket is simply how to create the macro that displays RSSI when a temperature signal is displayed (when connected to BLE device)? This macro previously worked but I accidentally deleted it.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean here. Did you set the macro after connecting to a device? You can read RSSI manually after connecting to a device with the "..." dropdown menu once connected, is this what you're referring to or am I misunderstanding?

That is correct - I want to view RSSI. However, I want to create a macro that displays RSSI in the log every time a temperature signal is received. Temperature measurements are one of the services of the BLE device that I am using. How do I create this macro?

Quite a few iNatters use macro lenses for their smartphone cameras, which can be pretty useful for taking close-up photos of small organisms or details. This topic is for discussing their use, and for sharing examples.

yes, I see your pain. Yesterday I tried with a larva of Cteniopus. , 2mm wide. I had to struggle half an hour because they wriggle quite a lot but in the end I managed to take nice shots.
I usually immobilize the sample in damped toilet paper. Does not kill/hurt them and is heavy enough to immobilize them image23721779 377 KB

I would be very interested in specific recommendations for clip-ons. I had a great one that I got extremely cheaply on Amazon a couple years ago, but I lost it in the field and the ones I have tried more recently have not been as easy to use.

Here are some of my observations that utilised my macro lens (quality of photos also depend on the fact that the observation subjects have a mind of their own and that the photographer gets lazy quickly):

What magnification are you guys using? I have only tried one model so far, a 10x macro, and I feel with some patience and a steady hand the distance is (not always but more often than not) enough to also get shots of insects that are easily flushed.
Here are some diptera examples I managed to take with the lens on:

I have something like this, -express.nl/product/12264415/black-eye-3-in-1-set-g4-met-wide-angle-macr but mine version includes a bag. It is a nice case. how else to store such a small lense? And today it is cheaper.

One technique to use if the camera is having trouble auto focusing is to put the camera on focus lock (which often comes with exposure lock as well). Then the camera will stop trying to autofocus and you can just move the phone slightly further or closer to the subject until the focus is correct.

On my android phone I downloaded a separate manual camera app (there are dozens of them) that allows me to manual focus, which allows me to lock focus and keep the phone from skittering off into the background,

My computer broke a few days ago, and i have to play bss on my android phone. However, i dont know any methods for macroing on android. Now, I have 12 hours offline and the time will be wasted. Are there any macros for android to afk?

The reason I accidentally opened the file was due to the fact that a "drive" notification popped up on my Galaxy S8 phone. I instantly realized what happened when it opened and quickly closed the app, reset my password for my gmail and logged out of a few things on my phone. I also (reported the sheet as malware to Google) and then panic deleted the sheet file that was now on my drive (and said "opened by you today at 6:00").

I did not open the spreadsheet on my PC, but I reported it and deleted it from my PC. Sadly, I deleted everything including the corresponding spam email, so I don't have much for you to go on, other than it looked like a typical spam email and was reported as spam by Gmail (I've gotten a similar spam email looking exactly like the one I opened).

My hypothesis is that the macro in the spreadsheet is either a phishing attempt on stealing your cryptowallet details or something in regards to cryptocurrency. However, I am scared that it might be able to steal other things from my Phone (Notes, pictures, "password cookies" from apps like Dropbox?).

I apologise for this but I was not sure whether to place this here in the feedback or in macro discussions or bugs section. So please feel free to move it to a more suitable heading. I also I apologise for how this message may read - with poor spelling and grammar and the fact that I tend to be very blunt and to the point with my written English.

I realise that for mobile phone users of the app being able to just make minor edits on your device and review flashcards are your core needs for remnote on mobile platforms and that these needs are already being met so you may not be hitting glass ceiling with this app. So again this post may not necessarily be directed at you.

As much as I appreciate the time and effort that the team has gone through to get this app to where it is today with the increased functionality, stability and upgrades to the GUI etc. I have become rather disillusioned with the apps performance specifically with it on android tablet platforms.

I am fully conscious of the unfortunate reality that android tablets cover a lot of devices with varying levels of functionality and capability but I have to say that I feel rather neglected when I compare iPad experience of the app to the android experience of it. The lack of full functionality in both the web versions and mobile app version with the inability to make image occlusion cards and freely edit rems on andriod versus the iPad. In fact it seems that there is almost full desktop functionality on the apple platform; has driven me to this stark conclusion. This lackluster performance on the android platform particularly when compared to the polish that is seems to have on iPads and desktop has marred my view of the app as a whole making it difficult for me to reccomend it since I do not have a great experience with in due my inability integrate it into my workflow without jumping through hoops. And regrettably if the reviews on the google play store are anything to go by then it seems like I am not the only one with this sentiment. I am almost forced to make the conclusion that more time and effort is being put into the apps performance on apple than on android simply because in the USA where the app was developed the majority of the tablets happen to be apple devices - leaving users who are on other platforms for various reasons behind.

Which is the my rational for creating this thread. I realise that there may not be a huge amount of andriod users of the app especially on the tablet mediums or even people who just simply care. However, I am creating this thread as a way to collate known issues on the andriod platform and bring attention to the existence of the andriod user base with the hopes that if developers are made aware that there are a critical mass of users who are all experiencing this serious defect in their app they will be more compelled to address this problem making the user experience more uniform and better for all users of remnote.

1 - Please post any issues that you have on the app here along with with your andriod version and brand samsung lenovo xiaomi etc. just so that it will be clear if issues are localised to one particular platform or a universal issue
2 - Leave a review about your experience in the play store
3 - just post a little hello message saying that you are a user of remnote on the android platform.

Compatibility with Android : It seems like the keyboard shortcuts works with Windows, linux, MacOs, iOS, but not with android (why ?), is there any workaround to make it work with android-based devices ?

Please keep in mind that I know coding quite well in Python C and Java (learned in college), but I am NOT a professional neither a specialist of Zoom developpement systems.
I just want to help some people which need help using zoom

For example, eating 21 g of fats, 45 g of carbs, and 42 g of protein apparently means, according to the app, that my macro breakdown so far is 36% fat, 33% carbs, and 31% protein, despite basic algebra showing 19% fat, 42% carbs, and 39% protein using the same numbers. I'm not a mathematician, but common sense says that the protein percentage should be about twice that of the fat percentage, since I have consumed twice as much protein as I have fats.
