Welcome to the Tonatiuh users and developers group!

This group if for discussion of topics related to Tonatiuh -an open source optical simulation program, specifically targeted to assist in the design and simulation of concentrating solar power (CSP) systems. Please, feel free to share with us your questions regarding the use of the program, and your suggestions, proposals, and wishes to expand and improve it.

The Tonatiuh software development project is hosted at the Google Code site: tonatiuh.googlecode.com. There you will find the source code, instructions to compile, link and execute the program under Windows, Linux and Mac OS-X, and a host of information related to the use and development of the program. The project's website is also the place to report any bugs you may find.

To mitigate the risks of people abusing this group, using it for advertising, spam, and other unintended purposes, we have changed the group policies regarding membership and message posting. To join the group you must request an invitation. Furthermore, all messages will be moderated, i.e., they will be reviewed prior to posting to ensure that their content is appropriate.
