Newbie - How do you start the timer?

I can't start the program without rerunning the .exe file because there is no other option to start the timer.

There was no desktop icon created upon installation and it's not shown in my programs. When I search for the program their is nothing that will start the program other than the .exe file in downloads. It is also not listed in my programs if I go to uninstall or if I click on start then go to programs. It is installed in my computer folders.
