Tomighty on Win7 64 bit

I have Tomighty set up as a startup program, and sometimes it is launched correctly and works just fine. Other times it does not start, and when I search my programs and select it manually from the start menu it does not launch. It does happen more frequently after my computer has been in sleep or hibernation, but I would rather find another solution to the problem than to just restart my computer. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
