Tomighty takes 500MB of RAM

Hi there,
I really like this app, but today I checked the memory usage of my computer, and it turns out that this little app is eating half a gigabyte of RAM on my win7 machine.
Is tomighty so extreme resouce hungry? or it must be something wrong with my system?

It takes 77,3MB of RAM on my windows 10, maybe it have something to do with your Java installation? In your case I would reinstall Java to see if it fixes.

It uses 900 MB at idle on my Win 10 computer with 32 GB RAM available.
When I start a pomodoro, it uses 18 MB more and keep increasing during the 25 minutes to a wooping 100 MB more for a total of 1GB RAM used.
