It doesn't work and Can't be uninstalled!

I just downloaded this and when I went to try it says it need to download another program.

The next program says it will not work with Google browsers, and asks you to install another browser!

When I went to uninstall, the "Uninstall" button doesn't work, and the program can't be found on the PC
