an elderly lady with leg pain wich may or may not be idiopathic becouse she is very demented, balance disorders, regulary is self-talking. Otherwise she does not show emotionaly disorders, just self talk - that shows she is not in the best place. She alternates between left and right, she can quite well folow movments when you show them, if you just give instructions she gets confused. I would start with SR0.

Does anyone have any experience in demented people?
