Đoàn Election and Other Updates

Hello everyone, 

1. We will be having our Đoàn election this Friday, March 27th. Please RSVP so that we can get an accurate count for food.

• Reminder: only active HT (status already notified via email) are allowed to cast a vote and you must be in full uniform.
  
• Schedule:
  

6:30pm: Daily mass
7:00pm: Stations of the cross
7:30pm: Adoration
9:00pm: Election (social hall)

2. eNghiêm Tập Project (National Initiative)

• Trung Ương has invited Tôma Thiện and Lê Bảo Tịnh to collaborate on a new eNghiêm Tập training series. We have been asked to assist with filming a lesson on "Nghi Thức Chào Cờ Trọng Thể"
  
• We are looking for 30 HSTT volunteers to participate. This is a great opportunity for our Đoàn to contribute to a national training resource that will benefit leaders across VEYM.
  
• Date: Saturday, April 25
  
• Start Time: 9:30 AM (will last a few hours)
  
• Location: Our parish
  
• Dress code: full uniform

3. Vietnamese Martyrs Festival

• We're excited to share that TNTT will be participating in the festival this year and has been entrusted with preparing two short skits and helping operate a food stall. We are currently looking for creative help with the skits. Whether it's writing, directing, or acting. If you're interested in contributing, please reach out to us. 
  
• When: June 19th-20th
  
• Where: Pavilion
