Dear All,

I would like to invite you to a follow-up meeting this Sunday at 9:30-10:30 AM in Vincent Dương room in Building B. As always, please be mindful that there will be traffic so please allow sufficient time to arrive on time. Breakfast will be served for your convenience.

Purpose of the follow-up meeting:  There were only 15 Giáo Lý teachers and 5 thầy cô Giám Thị present at the Khối Giáo Dục's All-Hands meeting last Sunday. This was after I sent out meeting invitation and reminder notice. Soeur sent a separate meeting invite as well. The most important topic was whether we should have 3 sessions for Sunday School beginning next school year. There were simply not enough people presented at the meeting for such a vote. Cha, Soeur, and I respect your ideas, opinions, and concerns in this matter and believe that KGD should make this decision as a whole. We would like to hear from you! It is important that Thầy Cô Giáo Lý, all teaching Huynh Trưởng (first and second hour), and Thầy Cô Giám Thị to attend this meeting to provide feedback to the proposed plan. Please let me know if you will not attend. 

The Meeting Minutes/Actions and Proposed GL Sessions Change of last meeting are attached.

Action for Thầy Paul:  Provide the numbers of parents that will be affected by the change. Below is the analysis of the available data:

Sessions:  Morning = 1st, Late Morning = 2nd, Afternoon=3rd
Use Plan 2 as an example: 1st= Ngành Thiếu, 2nd=Ngành Ấu, 3rd=Ngành Nghĩa & Hiệp
Current enrollment:  979 students… 298 in 1st, 274 in 2nd, and 407 in 3rd

Prior to the discussion on Sunday, I would like to have some inputs from you through a short survey. Please response to the following:

1. I think there are too many students per class now to teach effectively. (Agree/Disagree)

2. I don't think there is anything wrong with the 2 sessions structure we have now and would like to keep as-is (Agree/Disagree)

2. I think 3 sessions is a good idea... Less students, more quality time with students. (Agree/Disagree)

3. Out of the 3 plans in the attached file... I prefer plan (1, 2, or 3)

4. I prefer to teach a) early morning shift b) 2) late morning shift 3) afternoon shift

5. Three sessions plan is an inconvenience to parents, but our first priority should be to provide the best environment for the children to learn (Agree/Disagree)

6. I do not have an opinion in this matter. I am OK with whatever decision made (Agree/Disagree)

7. The goal of KGD is to...
