Important: Make-Up Class (3/15) & 2026 Đoàn Election

Hello everyone, 

Please read this email in its entirety, as it contains important information regarding class on 03/15 and our upcoming Đoàn election. 

Make-Up TNTT Class on 03/15/2026

Giáo Lý Viên will be attending a retreat from March 14-15, 2026. Therefore, TNTT teachers have been requested to teach both hours on Sunday, March 15, 2026. 

• This time will be used to make up the cancelled class from our snow day. 
• If you are unable to cover both hours, please reach out to your Ngành Trưởng/Ngành Phó as soon as possible.

Đoàn Election 2026

• Date: March 27th, 2026
• Time: after Encounter, around 9 pm
• Location: Church
• Full uniform is required.
• Details: All HT/HSTT/TT are invited to attend. However, only ACTIVE HT are eligible to vote. Attached is the list of active HT. If your name is missing, please email BTV and state which requirements you have met to be considered active. The nomination form will go out at a later date. Please see below for additional information on requirements for voting or running for a position.

Requirements to VOTE:

• Be an active Huynh Trưởng at our Đoàn for at least one (1) year. "Active" is defined as holding a Ban Chấp Hành position or teaching TNTT 75% of the time (as determined by Ngành Trưởng/Ngành Phó).
• Attend the election in person on March 27th, 2026.

Requirements to RUN for Đoàn Trưởng, Phó Quản Trị, or Phó Nghiên Huấn:

• Đoàn Trưởng
• Đủ 23 tuổi. at least 23 years old
• Có Văn Bằng Tốt Nghiệp Huynh Trưởng cấp III trở lên. HT Cap III or higher
• Đã và đang phục vụ với tư cách Huynh Trưởng ít nhất một (1) năm trong Đoàn. Active at Đoàn for at least a year
• Được Cha Tuyên Úy Đoàn bổ nhiệm sau khi trúng cử. Cha Tuyên Úy approval
• Đoàn Phó (PQT & PNH)
• Đủ 22 tuổi. at least 22 years old
• Có Văn Bằng Tốt Nghiệp Huynh Trưởng cấp III trở lên. HT Cap III or higher
• Đã và đang phục vụ với tư cách Huynh Trưởng ít nhất một (1) năm trong Đoàn. Active at doan for at least a year
• Được Cha Tuyên Úy Đoàn bổ nhiệm sau khi trúng cử. Cha Tuyên Úy approval
