December HDHT Meeting Notes/Updates

Hello everyone,

Please review the notes from our HDHT meeting and the following updates. 

• We are accepting orders for Doan Jackets for $60 each. Deadline for orders is 12/28: https://forms.gle/3pYVD7FxqurKwmSk7

• • When: May 22-25, 2026
  • Where: Central Florida Bible Camp in Eustis, FL
  • Priority Registration: We have a guaranteed 5 HT & 2 TT slots until main registration opens (1/1/26) but you must let BTV know if you will be attending by 12/23/25 or else those slots will be forfeited
  • General Participant Registration
  • • 1^st Deadline: Jan 1 – Feb 28, 2026
    • • Fee: $190
      • Who can register:
      • • HT & HSTT (Promotion verified): total 140 spots
        • TT & Upcoming TT (Promotion verified): total 60 spots
    • 2^nd Deadline: Mar 1 – Mar 31, 2026
    • • Fee: $240
      • Who can register: HT, TT, HSTT (Attended Cap 1 in 2025), or TT Candidate (Attended Sa Mac Samaritano in 2025)
  • Helper Registration: Jan 15 – March 15
  • • Fee: $50
    • Who can register: 2 members of BCH from each chapter
  • Information Regarding Family Registration
  • • ***Families must find their own sleeping arrangements*** AirBNB, Hotel, RV, etc. There are 17 available RV site spaces & families are welcome to sign up for 1 of those spots on a first-come first-serve basis or can tent in that space
    • Who can register: Registered HT or TT can register their spouse & children (newborn to 17 years old)
    • Fees
    • • Non-TNTT spouse: $100
      • Age at the time of event start date May 22, 2026:
      • • Children 6-17 years old = $75
        • Children 5 years & under: free BUT parents still need to register these children
