Please review the important upcoming dates below. 

• In-person VIRTUS PGC training at our church 
• When: Sunday, November 23, 2025, from 1-4 pm
• For those who have never had the 3-hour in-person VIRTUS PGC training. If it has been 5 years since your last training, please renew online through your VIRTUS account.

• HDHT Meeting
• When: Friday, December 5th, 2025 @ 7 pm
• Where: Building C Giuse Khang + Vincente Liem
• Please come in FULL UNIFORM
• Dinner will be provided

• HT/TT/HSTT Holiday Party
• When: Saturday, December 6, 2025 4-10 pm
• Location: 2601 Staunton Drive NW, Duluth, GA 30096
• Schedule:
• 4-6 pm Pickleball tournament
• 6-10 pm Dinner & Games

• Christmas Activities
• Nativity scenes
• 1 per class, $200 budget
• HT/HSTT to collaborate with Giao Ly teachers and parents
• Sat Nov 29: day to build nativity scenes
• 1^st grade will have pre-built crates that will stack to look like a tree
• Reach out to your Nganh Truong/Pho for details
• Christmas play:
• Dec 21 during Christmas festival
• In collaboration with the rest of the church
• Time of festival is still TBA

• Those wanting/needing to attend a retreat:
• Men’s retreat at All Saints in Dunwoody from Nov 21-22, 2025 https://jpiihealingcenter.org/redeemed/
• Advent young adult retreat at the Heritage in Crawfordville, GA on Dec 13th from 9 AM to 4 PM.  There is an option to stay overnight and have mass at the first Catholic church in GA the next day.  https://www.heritagega.org/events/young-adult-advent-retreat

• TNTT Membership fee: $15
• HT/HSTT: please pay to your Nganh Truong
• BCH: please pay to Tr. Benjamin Nguyen
